PSA is a worldwide organization involved in educating and connecting people through photography. PSA acknowledges the importance of the world wide community, with the growing number of worldwide memberships who reside in more than 80 countries.

This September, PSA is proud to hold the 87th Annual PSA Photo Festival in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. This conference/festival has been held continuously in different North American cities. In 2018 at the Board Meeting led by Elena McTighe, the PSA President at that time, PSA International Relationships VP Agatha Bunanta suggested to have PSA Photo Gathering outside North America. After thorough research and communication from the core team, it was decided that at the Fall 2021 PSA Board Meeting to hold the first ever PSA Photo Gathering 2023 outside North America in Jaisalmer, the Golden city of India. The event was a resounding success, with 113 PSA members from 13 countries gathered for 8 days, 31st January 2023 to 7th February 2023. The participants had a full experience of Indian hospitality in luxury surroundings.

Following the success and experience gained in conducting this 1st PSA Photo Gathering 2023 in Jaisalmer, India, the second such event was held successfuly by a core team led by PSA International Relationships VP Agatha Bunanta in Java, Indonesia from 22nd July to 29th July 2024. A total of 222 participants from 23 countries explored Java, the Land of Wonder, covering spectacular places, natural wonders and traditional Indonesian arts and cultures.

The 3rd PSA Photo Gathering 2025 was held in Sri Lanka, the Pearl of the Indiant Ocean. From February 17-24, 2025, 77 participants representing 21 countries visited Sri Lanka and captured its natural beauty, rich cultural heritage, various traditional dances, arts and crafts.

This year, the 4th PSA Photo Gathering was held in Vietnam, the Land of the Blue Dragon. From April 23-30, 2025, 170 delegates from 25 countries, captured the beautiful landscapes and heritage of Vietnam through our lenses, from the vibrant life of Hanoi, the breathtaking landscapes of Ninh Binh to the cultural richness of Thai Nguyen.

Next year, we invite you to join the 5th PSA Photo Gathering 2027 and explore the beautiful island of Luzon in the Philippines, which is also known as the Pearl of the Orient.

As the name of the event suggest, the main objective of the PSA Photo Gathering is to promote interactions between people and to bring together people from different backgounds to learn about the culture, traditions and history of the host country.
