Hotel pick-up will be at NAIA Terminal 3 Arrival area only from 0800-1700. There is a free
bus shuttle going from Terminal 1 to Terminal 3. Participants must provide details of
their flights and register for pick-up 1 month in advance. Those arriving outside this
time frame will have to provide for their own transportation.
Currency Exchange:
There are currency exchange booths inside all airport terminals.
Transportation:
It is recommended that travellers use Grab or accredited airport transport
Visa Requirement:
All participants are required to secure a valid visa (if necessary) in advance. Please
check on your respective countries on how to obtain travel visa. An Arrival Card must be
accomplished online before arrival .

-All meals starting May 4, 2027 to May 7, 2027. Only breakfast for May 8 and there is no meal on May 3, 2027.
